Last year I sold over $22M, earned a spot among the top 100 agents + teams in the Pittsburgh region, and finished as the #1 solo agent in Cranberry Township sales for the 2nd year in a row. I am honored now to be included again in the Pittsburgh Business Times “Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate” feature for this year.
I don’t take any of that lightly.
This business is built on trust. People invite you into some of the biggest, most emotional decisions of their lives — and if you take good care of them they send their friends, neighbors, parents, kids, coworkers, and favorite humans your way. I’m deeply grateful for the clients who trust me, the friends who refer me, and the many professionals who help me take exceptional care of the buyers and sellers I’m lucky enough to serve. Thank you for your partnership and support. 💚💛

When I’m not selling houses, I’m conducting important field research finding the best local places for Pittsburgh women to feel prettier, calmer, and less like we’ve been personally victimized by our schedules.
My battle-worn, extension-wrecked lashes were the perfect test subjects for Lux Glam Bar in Cranberry’s brand new lash lift & tint system, so they asked me to model it for them.
And listen. Good lord, it worked. 👀
My natural lashes look darker, lifted, healthier, and shockingly alive again.
So naturally, I stayed to get my nails done too, because I’m nothing if not thorough.
Now Lux is officially one of my new favorite beauty spots in Cranberry. It’s clean, cute, easy to book on Vagaro, and the owner Nikki and her staff were all wonderfully kind, talented, and fun to spend an afternoon with.
Thank you ladies for the pampering. I’ll absolutely be back. 💅🏻

@lorilynn777 Did you try the new system yet? It’s amazing! We tried the traditional system first and it didn’t work bc my lashes were such a hot mess but the new one worked really well!!
@melaniemarshrealtor I haven’t been for a while..what is the new system …I’m in lol

While browsing Zillow you might find yourself asking “why is this smaller outdated house in Bradford Woods priced like the bigger updated one down the road in Wexford?”
You’re not going crazy.
It comes down to the features buyers pay a premium for here, and some of them are not obvious from photos.
Here are the things that cost the most:
1️⃣ FLAT FENCED YARDS — Pittsburgh is a hilly place. Flat yards are harder to come by, and lots of buyers want them (especially if they are already fenced).
2️⃣ PRIVACY + ACREAGE — This is the big one. If you want the kind of privacy that requires woods and acreage, you will pay an enormous premium for it and may end up having to compromise on home size or updates to stay in budget.
3️⃣ RECENT KITCHEN + BATH UPDATES — Very few buyers today have an appetite or extra funds for a fixer upper. If the seller has already put the money into these renovations, it pushes the price up fast.
4️⃣ SCHOOL REPUTATION — E.g., the same home in North Allegheny + Pine-Richland SDs will cost more than in Seneca Valley because those schools are ranked higher. Plain and simple.
5️⃣ NEIGHBORHOOD PRESTIGE — Neighborhoods like Treesdale with stunning homes and robust amenities fetch a premium, as do those that are known athlete hotspots.
6️⃣ NEW CONSTRUCTION — In some cities you get a deal with new construction because you’re trading location. Not so around here.
7️⃣ 1ST FLOOR PRIMARY SUITES — Pittsburgh has a large 55+ population and they all want 1-floor living. These homes are also more expensive to build and in smaller supply.
If any combination of these things are a must-have for your next home, consider what you’ll be willing to compromise on to stay in budget. A good buyer’s agent who specializes in this area (like me, hi!) can help you make sense of the market and decide what to prioritize to find a home you love that doesn’t break the bank.

What do I mean when I say a “hidden gem”? Well, the ones that are tucked away, not in an obvious “restaurant district”, maybe a cool historic building or even a boring strip mall but keeping great atmosphere, serious character, legendary service and/or quietly amazing dishes a secret from the “Best of Pittsburgh” guides.
Here they are:
1. Revival on Lincoln — Bellevue
2. Legends Eatery — Central North Side
3. Hartwood Restaurant — Fox Chapel
4. The Woods House — Hazelwood
5. Cala Lily Restaurant — Gibsonia
6. Café Notte — Emsworth
7. The Franklin Inn — Franklin Park
8. Clifford’s Restaurant — Evans City
9. The Wooden Angel — Beaver
10. Brick & Barrel Cross Keys — Fox Chapel
11. The Wine Cave — Hampton
12. Feast — Gibsonia
13. The Hyeholde — Moon Township
14. Severina — West View
15. Rico’s Restaurant — McCandless
Some are polished enough for a grand special occasion. Some are casual enough for the whole family on a weeknight. All are worth keeping in your back pocket for the next time you want a dinner you won’t regret.

There are restaurants around Pittsburgh that you book because they are reliably good, and then there are those you try to get into like it’s a competitive sport.
Clifford’s Restaurant in Evans City is very much the second kind.
Tucked in the middle of nowhere (in the best possible way) about 15 minutes north of Cranberry Township and 40 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, Clifford’s is a family-owned, BYOB dinner spot with a small dining room, roaring fireplaces, stacked stone, and French country charm that oozes cozy and special.
A few things to know:
🍷 It’s BYOB, so bring the good bottle
🍽️ Open for dinner only, Wednesday through Saturday
🥂 Menu staples include chicken piccata, pork loin, and filet mignon
✨ The daily features are a huge part of the obsession, and you don’t really know what they’ll be until you get there — which just adds to the appeal.
The catch? It’s completely booked until the end of 2026.
The good news? Cancellations do happen. Clifford’s posts openings on their Facebook page, and the first person who calls gets the table.
No official waitlist. No hand-holding. Just you, your phone, and your willingness to treat dinner like a tiny local lottery.
And if you can’t get in this year, pretty soon you’ll be able to make a reservation for 2027 — so keep Clifford’s on your radar!
